● TALENT ONE MARKET INTELLIGENCE: AURORA INNOVATION

🔥 TALENT LIQUIDITY:
Extremely tight. High-level platform engineers with edge-compute experience are being hoarded by AI and AV firms.

📈 ALPHA SIGNAL:
Autonomous logistics is a capital-intensive sector that is currently ‘too big to fail.’ Securing a Staff-level role here provides a high-equity hedge against the volatility of standard SaaS, effectively insulating your mortgage from market downturns.

EST. COMPENSATION
$240k – $310k Base + RSU Package
SECTOR HEAT
88.0/100
CANDIDATE PROTOCOL: Do not lead with ‘reliability’; lead with ‘fleet-scale observability.’ Your moat is the ability to manage thousands of edge nodes that cannot afford a single minute of downtime.
