● TALENT ONE MARKET INTELLIGENCE: D-MATRIX

πŸ”₯ TALENT LIQUIDITY:
Extremely low. The intersection of ML model expertise and low-level hardware test automation is a niche with a 1:30 supply-to-demand ratio.

πŸ“ˆ ALPHA SIGNAL:
Securing a role in the AI compute hardware stack is the ultimate hedge against software-only market volatility. Your equity is tied to the physical silicon; if the chip wins, your mortgage is effectively paid off by the hardware’s market adoption.

EST. COMPENSATION
$220k – $280k Base + Significant Equity/RSUs
SECTOR HEAT
88.0/100
CANDIDATE PROTOCOL: Do not just talk about testing; talk about ‘productization.’ Emphasize your ability to build test frameworks that catch hardware-software integration bugs before they hit the silicon tape-out.
