You will be at the forefront of our growth, navigating the talent landscape of the energy industry to find the experts needed to help scale our pioneering multi-day storage systems. We are seeking a domain expert in hardware who can act as a recruiting partner to our leadership and help scale the teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, and product innovation. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a high-performing TA team and play a pivotal role at a pivotal time in Form Energy’s journey to transform America’s electric grid!This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA two days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
