This is the place.The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will join a lean, high-impact Operations team and drive execution across some of Legora’s most critical initiatives – including international expansion, post-merger integrations, organisational scaling, and operational improvements.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys owning complex problems end to end. You will operate as a cross-functional project owner, bringing structure to ambiguity, driving progress, and ensuring outcomes are delivered.While the role is intentionally broad, we believe in building T-shaped operators. You will start with a general Operations mandate, with clear opportunities over time to go deep and become the owner of specific areas such as international expansion, post-merger integration, organisational design, or other priorities as the company scales.You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Growth, Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to improve how we operate and help Legora scale effectively.What You’ll DoYou will be challenged, learn quickly, and have real ownership over outcomes that that materially impact the business.In this role, you will operate as a cross-functional operator and end-to-end project owner, responsible for:Leading and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Growth, Finance, People, and EngineeringOwning high-impact projects such as market initiatives, organisational changes, and major operational improvements.Translating company priorities into clear execution plans – defining scope, ownership, milestones, and success metricsIdentifying operational bottlenecks early and resolving them hands-on, in close collaboration with relevant teamsHelp design, document, and improve processes and playbooks that enable scale over timeSupporting the leadership team with structured problem-solving, execution discipline, and clear, decision-oriented communicationPlaying an active role in shaping how Legora operates as the company scalesWho You AreYou are an execution-focused operator with strong ownership and sound judgment.
