This is the place.The RoleWe are looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our Talent Operations function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will design the systems, processes, and programs that enable us to scale our global team with excellence. You will report to the VP of Talent, as part of the Talent leadership team.As our first Talent Operations team member, you will define the roadmap for our global Talent team, ensuring that as Legora scales in new and existing markets, our talent strategy remains consistent, data-driven, and highly efficient.What You’ll DoProcess Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable recruiting processes and governance. You will drive global standards while empowering local teams to maintain ownership and cultural relevance.Program Ownership: Own and optimize critical programs, including interview excellence, employee referrals and internal mobility, to ensure a world-class candidate and interviewer experience.Data & Insights Mastery: Transform how we influence hiring decisions by establishing clear KPIs and reporting.
