● TALENT ONE MARKET INTELLIGENCE: LEGORA

🔥 TALENT LIQUIDITY:
High demand for ‘operator-HR’ types who understand P&L and organizational design; low supply of candidates who can handle the intensity of a $100M+ ARR legal-tech environment.

📈 ALPHA SIGNAL:
This role is the ‘Chief of Staff’ for the People function. By stabilizing the organizational structure during this hyper-growth phase, you are positioning yourself for a CHRO exit in a future IPO, which directly impacts your long-term mortgage capacity and wealth-building trajectory.

EST. COMPENSATION
$190k – $240k Base + Equity Package
SECTOR HEAT
85.8/100
CANDIDATE PROTOCOL: Do not talk about ’employee engagement’ or ‘culture’ in the abstract. Focus on your experience with M&A integration (post-acquisition talent retention) and scaling performance management systems in high-velocity, ego-driven environments.
