Talent One is conducting a confidential retained search for this seat. The client is prestigious Am Law firm, is seeking highly qualified midlevel or senior associates, or of counsel, to join its sophisticated Structured Transactions practice group in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with a preferred background in structured finance and securitization.
The Mandate
- Exposure to RMBS, ABS, CLO, or financing transactions is highly desirable.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3+ years.
- Profile: Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills, and an active bar admission in Illinois.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in Illinois, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Chicago, IL.
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
