The client is is seeking a highly qualified Midlevel or Senior Associate, or Of Counsel to join its Structured Transactions practice group in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will handle complex structured finance and securitization transactions, including RMBS, ABS, and CLO financing projects.
The Mandate
- You will draft and review transaction documents while collaborating with team members across various offices to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 5+ years.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in Pennsylvania, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Philadelphia, PA.
- Compensation: $320,000 – $410,000.
