Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our Corporate & Business Transactions practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising businesses on the negotiation, structuring, and execution of major commercial deals, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset purchases, and financing arrangements.
The Mandate
- Responsibilities include conducting thorough legal due diligence, identifying and mitigating structural risks, drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents, and managing deal logistics from inception to close.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Profile: Strong analytical skills, excellent drafting abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate finance and regulatory compliance are required. Must be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and directly advising clients.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in the working jurisdiction, or the ability to waive in.
- Workplace: Multi-Office (CA, NY, NJ).
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
