The ideal candidate will advise publicly traded and pre-IPO clients on federal securities laws, public and private offerings, stock exchange listing, compliance matters, and general corporate governance.

What You Must Bring
- Experience: 1-4 years.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in the working jurisdiction, or the ability to waive in.
- Workplace: Multi-Office (CA, MA, NY, DC).
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
