The client is prestigious Am Law firm, is seeking highly qualified midlevel or senior associates, or of counsel, to join its sophisticated Structured Transactions practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with a preferred background in structured finance and securitization.
The Mandate
- Exposure to RMBS, ABS, CLO, or financing transactions is highly desirable.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 2-4 years.
- Profile: Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills, and an active bar admission in Washington, DC.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in the District of Columbia, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Princeton, NJ.
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
