Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Tech Transactions & Commercial Contracts practice group. The ideal candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, software licenses, API agreements, and master services agreements.
The Mandate
- You will advise clients on intellectual property, data privacy, and emerging technology matters while managing transaction strategies.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in Illinois, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Multi-Office (CA, IL, MA, NY).
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
