The client is is seeking an experienced Midlevel Attorney to join our Antitrust – Transactional practice group in our New York and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal counsel on competition issues related to corporate mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with antitrust laws.
The Mandate
- Responsibilities include conducting regulatory due diligence, assessing liability risk in commercial agreements, and guiding transactions through merger control clearance.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years.
- Profile: Strong analytical skills and experience with antitrust regulatory regimes are required.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in New York, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: New York & DC.
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
