Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking a highly motivated Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will manage sophisticated employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff cases, class actions, and PAGA claims from inception through resolution.
The Mandate
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and depositions, handling motion practice, and providing proactive advice to employers on compliance with federal and California employment laws.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 1-4 years.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in California, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: San Francisco / SV.
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
