Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking an experienced Midlevel IP Life Sciences Associate to join our established Intellectual Property practice in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications involving biotechnology, biologics, or other large-molecule technologies.
The Mandate
- Responsibilities include conducting freedom-to-operate, patent landscape, and IP due diligence assessments while advising scientific clients on portfolio management throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years.
- Profile: Registration to practice before the USPTO is required.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in Pennsylvania, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Philadelphia, PA.
- Compensation: $320,000 – $410,000.
