The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in biological sciences or chemistry and have extensive experience drafting and prosecuting global patent applications for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

- Responsibilities include strategic portfolio management, patent counseling, and conducting landscape or freedom-to-operate analyses.

- Experience: 3+ years.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in the District of Columbia, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Washington, DC.
- Compensation: $225,000 – $435,000.
