The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in corporate tax planning, structuring complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and advising high-net-worth clients and family offices.

- Strong analytical skills, excellent drafting abilities, and a deep understanding of federal and state tax laws are required.
- Must be admitted to the CT bar or eligible to waive in.

- Workplace: New Haven, CT.
- Compensation: $440,000 – $455,000.
