Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is looking for a Lateral Partner to join our Labor & Employment group. The partner will provide proactive counsel to employers on compliance, workplace policies, and employee relations, while also defending against discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.

- Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements is a plus.

What You Must Bring
- Experience: 8+ years.
- Profile: Candidates must have a portable practice and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in New Hampshire, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Concord, NH.
- Compensation: $300,000 – $750,000.
