Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Boston, Hartford, or Providence office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
The Mandate
- The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice including e-discovery.
- Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus.
- The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team- oriented work environment.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3+ years.
- Profile: Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills. Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island Bar is required. Candidates must possess problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in Connecticut, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
- Workplace: Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; or Providence, RI.
- Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000.
