Talent One is conducting a confidential search for this seat. The client is is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Manchester office. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to seven (7) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
The Mandate
- The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery.
- Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus.
- The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team- oriented work environment.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: 3+ years.
- Profile: Candidate must possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills. Admission to New Hampshire Bar is required. Candidates must possess problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast- paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in New Hampshire, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
