The client is is seeking a mid-level real estate transactional attorney to join a dynamic and sophisticated practice in our Hartford office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, and office, retail and/or industrial leasing.

The Mandate

  • Financing experience is a plus.
  • The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant client responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative, collegial and team-oriented work environment.

What You Must Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years.
  • Profile: Candidates should also have experience handling closings, title, survey, and other real estate due diligence projects, as well as drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required. Candidates must possess superior drafting skills, a deep knowledge of commercial real estate law and closing mechanics and a strong work ethic.
  • Licensure: Active bar admission in Connecticut, or the ability to waive in. Strong academic credentials.
  • Workplace: Hartford, CT.
