A busy, entirely outpatient pain management practice across two sites, with procedures and real autonomy after training.

About The Practice

This is a busy, one hundred percent outpatient pain management practice operating across two clinical sites in Queens and New Hyde Park. Volume is high, at roughly 35 to 40 patients per day, and the clinical team is well supported.

The Mandate

You will evaluate and manage pain patients and perform specialized procedures including trigger point injections, joint injections, cortisone injections, and viscosupplementation gel injections.

New physician assistants are not thrown in the deep end. A comprehensive six-month onboarding and training period prepares you to practice independently within the group.

What You Must Bring

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Openings are available immediately.
  • Workplace: Richmond Hill (Queens) & New Hyde Park, NY (onsite)
  • Employment: Full-time / Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $130,000 / year

Compensation And Benefits

The position pays $130,000 per year with full healthcare benefits and ten paid time off days.

The practice also provides a $1,000 CME allowance plus five dedicated CME days, and pays DEA registration, licensure, and professional dues.
