About The Practice

This relationship-driven Hi Desert practice is based in Twentynine Palms. Physical therapy works side by side with speech and occupational therapy, so complex patients are managed as a team.

The approach is hands-on and individualized, with roughly fourteen patients per day and full one-hour evaluations.

The Mandate

The caseload is deliberately broad and spans orthopedics, sports and surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, geriatrics, chronic pain, and neurologic and vestibular conditions, so clinicians keep a wide skill set sharp.

What You Must Bring

• Profile: An active California physical therapy license or license eligibility is required, and new graduates are welcome. This role is not a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily skilled nursing, such as ten or more years in a SNF setting.
• Schedule: Shift openings are available seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Fridays ending at 4:00 PM. Part-time schedules are welcome.

• Compensation: $42 – $55 / hour

Compensation And Benefits

Pay is $42 to $55 per hour. A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are discussed as part of the compensation conversation.

Health premiums are largely employer paid at ninety percent for HMO, eighty percent for PPO, and eighty percent for the HSA plan, with dental and vision covered at one hundred percent. The practice also offers 120 hours of PTO per year plus seven paid holidays, $1,000 per year in continuing education reimbursement, and a 401(k) with a four percent total employer contribution.
