The Mandate

This outpatient orthopedic practice is built around full, unhurried one-on-one 45-minute visits with no overlapping or double-booked schedules. The Clinical Director oversees both locations and continues to treat patients directly in addition to leadership duties.

At full build-out the director oversees a team of up to four staff PTs across both clinics (two per location). Mentorship is a core part of the culture, and the New Mexico setting is a deliberate contrast to larger metro markets for clinicians who want to live and raise a family outside the hustle.

What You Must Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years preferred. This is not typically a new-graduate seat.
• Profile: Candidates must be New Mexico licensed or license eligible. Outpatient orthopedic experience is the core caseload. Prior clinic leadership or multi-site oversight is a plus.
• Licensure: Active New Mexico PT license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Workplace: Onsite across Los Alamos and Santa Fe. Monday–Friday, hours flexible/offset between 7 AM and 6 PM totaling about 40 hours per week. Some staff work 10-hour days.
• Compensation: $86,000 starting up to $123,000 at the top of the band for overseeing multiple clinics, depending on experience. Productivity bonuses, sign-on, and relocation assistance are open to negotiation. Benefits include group health insurance with vision and dental, PTO, and a pension/401(k) plan.
