Staff Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Los Alamos, NM. Two openings at this location. This is the priority location. New graduates are welcome.

The Mandate

This outpatient orthopedic practice is built around full, unhurried one-on-one 45-minute visits with no overlapping or double-booked schedules. You will treat a nearly all-orthopedic caseload alongside the clinical director and one other staff PT at this location.

The clinical director oversees both the Los Alamos and Santa Fe clinics. Mentorship is built into the culture. New Mexico is positioned as a strong place to live and raise a family away from larger metro markets.

Location: Los Alamos, NM. Two openings.

What You Must Bring

• Experience: Any experience level. New graduates are considered at the lower end of the salary range.
• Profile: Candidates must be New Mexico licensed or license eligible. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensure: Active New Mexico PT license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Workplace: Onsite in Los Alamos, NM. Monday–Friday, hours flexible/offset between 7 AM and 6 PM totaling about 40 hours per week. Some staff work 10-hour days. Full-time preferred; part-time is open for this role.
• Compensation: $75,000–$110,000 per year depending on experience. Productivity bonuses, sign-on, and relocation assistance are open to negotiation. Benefits include group health insurance with vision and dental, PTO, and a pension/401(k) plan.
