Talent One is recruiting a Senior Emergency Management Consultant / Program Lead for Patriot Emergency Preparedness Solutions. Engagements may support municipal, county, state, education, healthcare, private-sector, or other organizations. Travel for site visits may be required. Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000.
Senior client-facing lead for complex emergency management assignments: program assessment, strategic planning, organizational preparedness, EOC readiness, continuity strategy, capability improvement, and executive advisory support.
The Mandate
- Lead program assessments, capability reviews, gap analyses, and strategic planning engagements.
- Assess plans, policies, training, exercises, governance, EOC readiness, partnerships, equipment, and organizational capabilities.
- Develop prioritized preparedness roadmaps with near-term, annual, and multi-year recommendations.
- Advise on EOP/ERP modernization, continuity, training and exercise programs, EOC readiness, and recovery preparedness.
- Serve as senior client-facing lead and coordinate specialist support.
What You Must Bring
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in emergency management, preparedness, public safety, continuity, disaster recovery, or closely related consulting, including program leadership.
- Knowledge: NIMS, ICS, all-hazards preparedness, EOC operations. FEMA ICS-100, ICS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 or equivalent.
- Preferred: CEM or AEM; ICS-300 and ICS-400.
- Workplace: AL, OH, SC, VA, NC, FL, and TX. Travel for short-duration site visits or client meetings as required.
