Talent One is recruiting a Emergency Management Planning & Continuity Specialist for Patriot Emergency Preparedness Solutions. Engagements may support municipal, county, state, education, healthcare, private-sector, or other organizations. Travel for site visits may be required. Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000.

Emergency planner and continuity specialist to develop, modernize, and operationalize all-hazards plans. Focus on EOP/ERP development, continuity/COOP, functional and hazard-specific annexes, evacuation and shelter planning, SOPs, checklists, and implementation-ready products.

The Mandate

  • Develop, review, and modernize all-hazards EOPs, ERPs, and continuity/COOP plans.
  • Conduct hazard/threat reviews, capability assessments, stakeholder interviews, and planning gap analyses.
  • Develop functional and hazard-specific annexes, SOPs, checklists, role cards, and quick-reference materials.
  • Translate CPG 101, NIMS/ICS, and sector requirements into client-specific plans.

What You Must Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in emergency planning, continuity, emergency management, or public safety planning, with demonstrated authorship of EOPs, ERPs, or COOP plans.
  • Knowledge: FEMA CPG 101, NIMS, ICS. FEMA ICS-100, ICS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 or equivalent.
  • Preferred: CEM or AEM; FEMA Professional or Master Continuity Practitioner; ICS-300/400; HSEEP.
  • Workplace: Remote planning engagements and short-duration site visits as required.
