Talent One is recruiting a Security, Life Safety & Threat Preparedness Specialist for Patriot Emergency Preparedness Solutions. Engagements may support municipal, county, state, education, healthcare, private-sector, or other organizations. Travel for site visits may be required. Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000.

Security, life-safety, and threat-preparedness specialist for vulnerability assessments and planning for active threats, workplace violence, catastrophic incidents, and other high-impact emergencies.

The Mandate

  • Conduct on-site or hybrid vulnerability, physical-security, and life-safety assessments.
  • Assess access control, cameras, lighting, emergency communications, evacuation, assembly areas, lockdown, and medical response.
  • Develop active-threat, workplace-violence, evacuation, lockdown, reunification, and casualty-management planning.
  • Produce risk-ranked findings and practical recommendations.
  • Address special populations including patients, residents, students, visitors, and individuals with access or functional needs.

What You Must Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in physical security, law enforcement, fire/life safety, emergency management, healthcare security, threat preparedness, or protective services.
  • Knowledge: Civilian active-threat, workplace-violence, mass-casualty, or catastrophic-incident planning.
  • Preferred: CEM or AEM.
  • Workplace: AL, OH, SC, VA, NC, FL, and TX. Short-duration site visits and physical facility inspections as required.
