We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer, Mobile to create consumer-facing features that help members act on the relationship between their life choices and overall wellness. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Science to give users powerful new tools that unlock deep, actionable insights across sleep, activity, stress, recovery, heart health, and longevity — with metabolic health as the immediate focus of this role.

This is a hybrid-remote role with the expectation to work from our Helsinki office at least half-time

What you will do

  • Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and refined visual designs that inspire engagement and action — taking full ownership from early concept through launch
  • Work closely with product managers, scientists, and engineers to iterate on mobile features and continually push Oura’s mobile experience forward
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain design excellence and brand consistency across channels
  • Build features that deepen context around sleep, activity, stress, recovery, and metabolic and heart health — ensuring they fit seamlessly into the broader app ecosystem

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in a rapidly scaling or mass-market mobile application
  • A track record of taking ownership and driving multiple features and products from 0→1 through cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable embracing ambiguity to build clarity and structure
  • Mastery of Figma and rapid prototyping tools
  • Genuine enthusiasm for emerging technology and AI tools, and a proactive approach to learning them
  • A portfolio demonstrating your creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving skills
  • Open, collaborative communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines and time zones
