As part of the Creative team, this role will partner closely with Creative leadership to concept and execute work spanning campaigns, product storytelling, and always-on marketing. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view, a deep passion for craft, and the ability to balance speed with quality—contributing to a cohesive and scalable visual ecosystem across channels.This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. RESPONSIBILITIES:Concept and execute creative across campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing from idea through final deliveryCollaborate with Copy and Creative leadership to develop innovative, integrated, cross-channel concepts that align with brand and business goalsTranslate brand strategy into clear, scalable visual systems across paid, owned, and earned channelsDesign and art direct across a range of outputs, including digital, social, email, web, OOH, and product storytelling, upleveling our design output while maintaining best practices per channelLead the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video productions, including pre-production planning and on-set art directionEnsure consistency and quality across deliverables while adapting creative for channel-specific needs and performance insightsTranslate our A+A team vision into elevated, brand-relevant photography, including seasonal campaigns, e-commerce support, evergreen visuals, and social-first outputCultivate and manage relationships with external photographers, directors, illustrators, etc as needed. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.  In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
