This role connects global strategy with local execution, ensuring WHOOP shows up in a way that is both consistent and deeply resonant within each market. You will act as a strategic operator and cross-functional leader, aligning efforts across PR, creators, partnerships, media, and experiential to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences in a rapidly evolving and high-opportunity region.RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the regional guardian of the WHOOP brand across the GCC, ensuring consistency, quality, and cultural relevance in all market-facing initiativesDevelop and own the Country Brand Plan, identifying high-impact opportunities that drive brand awareness, consideration, and long-term growth across key GCC marketsAct as the market expert, leveraging insights on consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and executionLead cross-functional alignment across PR, creators, partnerships, media, and experiential teams to deliver integrated campaigns and activationsLocalize and execute global campaigns to ensure strong in-market performance, while leading region-specific activations, partnerships, and moments that resonate culturallyBuild and nurture relationships with key partners, government stakeholders, fitness communities, and influencers to drive grassroots growth and deepen brand affinityTrack and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, EMV, share of voice), translating insights into actionable recommendationsPartner with commercial, retail, and distribution teams to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals within the regionQUALIFICATIONS:7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, regional marketing, or market leadership roles, ideally within consumer technology, fitness, or lifestyle brandsFluent in Arabic is a mustDeep understanding of the GCC markets, including cultural nuances, media landscape, and consumer behavior across key countries (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar)Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organizationExperience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across brand, media, partnerships, and experiential channelsStrong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution; comfortable operating from high-level planning to in-market deliveryExperience working with or navigating government entities, large partners, or regulated environments is a plusData-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into clear actions and recommendationsExcellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plusStrong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.Β In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
