WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.As a Senior Analyst, Reverse Logistics at WHOOP, you will manage and optimize the reverse logistics network supporting our global membership base, improving the efficiency, cost structure, and member experience of returns while partnering with 3PLs and cross-functional teams to drive scalable processes and operational improvementsThe ideal candidate has experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or reverse logistics, strong analytical skills, and a bias for action in solving operational challenges.This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.Β RESPONSIBILITIES:Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns, ensuring consistent and scalable workflowsCollaborate with third party logistics providers responsible for returns processing to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned productsPartner with internal teams including Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product to resolve operational issues impacting the returns experienceIdentify opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and increase recovery of usable inventoryAnalyze returns and reverse logistics data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunitiesSupport financial reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs with the goal of improving gross margins while maintaining a strong member experienceQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business OperationsExperience with reverse logistics in a consumer good environment a mustStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environmentStrong experience and commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.Β Β In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.Β These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
