You will partner with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to improve service levels,Β reduce costs, and support scalable logistics operations.The ideal candidate has experience in transportation, freight, or logistics operations, strong analytical skills, andΒ the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.Β RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze freight spend across all transportation modes and identify cost-saving opportunitiesMonitor and improve carrier performance, SLAs, and service levelsSupport rate benchmarking and carrier negotiations with data-driven insightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting for freight KPIsPartner with Logistics and Finance teams to support budgeting and cost trackingIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities in transportation dataSupport network optimization and routing strategiesMonitor shipment milestones and ensure accurate reporting across the networkIdentify risks in transit and implement mitigation strategiesΒ Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, labels)Support issue resolution with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teamsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field4+ years of experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, modeling)Experience working with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and freight forwardersExperience with TMS systems is a plusAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience and commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workInterested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.Β Β In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.Β These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
