● TALENT ONE MARKET INTELLIGENCE: WHOOP

πŸ”₯ TALENT LIQUIDITY:
Extremely tight. The intersection of hardware-embedded fluency and consumer-facing product management is a rare skill set. 1:12 supply-to-demand ratio.

πŸ“ˆ ALPHA SIGNAL:
This role is the ‘central nervous system’ of the product. By owning the connectivity layer, you control the primary value proposition of the device. This visibility ensures your equity package is tied to the most critical technical KPI of the company, directly impacting your long-term financial trajectory.

EST. COMPENSATION
$190k – $240k Base + Equity + Performance Bonus
SECTOR HEAT
85.8/100
CANDIDATE PROTOCOL: Focus your narrative on ‘latency reduction’ and ‘sync success rates.’ If you have experience with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) optimization or power-constrained firmware roadmaps, lead with thatβ€”it is the primary technical moat.
